The requirements to rent a vehicle are a valid drivers license, a valid passport and a credit card. In some cases, a debit card can be accepted as a valid method of payment. Renter must be 25 years of age or older.
We accept all major credit cards, including, Visa, Master Card, American Express, Discover. Cash payment can be accepted upon vehicle return, but a vailid credit card is still required for rental.
The hold on your credit card can vary from $500 plus the amount of the rent, to $1,500 plus the amount of the rent, depending on rented car class.

The vehicle must be returned with the same amountof fuel as it was rented out to the customer. In case of the vehicle having less fuel, a fuel charge will be made. There are no refunds for excess fuel.

All rentals are subject to a 15% sales tax, 10% airport fee and 4% government tourism tax.
The maximium rental period is 30 days. If you require a vehicle for a period longer than 30 days, a new rental agreement must be opened for the additional time the vehicle is required.
Holds are released immediately after vehicle return. These funds are ussually available between 1 - 5 days, however in some cases this may take longer. Debit card holds can take up to 30 days to be released.

Call the insurance company and wait for the inspector to arrive. This service is free of charge and available 24/7 all year round. Call 911 and report the accident to have a traffic officer arrive at the scene. Call the rent-a-car branch office to report the accident and request assistance.
